Guacamole

Ingredients (2 servings / 180 g)

  • Avocado (pitted and peeled)100 g
  • Tomatoes – 50 g
  • Red onion – 20 g
  • Lime juice – 2 tsp (10 g)
  • Tabasco sauce – to taste (optional)
  • Dried chili – to taste (optional)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper (ground) – to taste

Guacamole

  • Avocado (pitted and peeled)100 g
  • Tomatoes – 50 g

  • Lime juice – 2 tsp (10 g)

  • Dried chili – to taste (optional)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper (ground) – to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes and cut them into small cubes. Peel the onion and chop it as finely as possible.
  2. Place the avocado flesh in a mortar and mash until smooth.
  3. Transfer the avocado cream to a bowl. Add the tomato, onion, and lime juice. Season with salt and black pepper, and if you like, add a few drops of Tabasco or some finely crushed dried chili. Mix everything well.
  4. Serve with corn nacho chips, spread on toast, or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
