Mini blini with lumpfish caviar
Ingredients

Cream cheese

Lumpfish caviar

Fresh dill –
for garnish
For the blini
Flour

Milk –
100 ml
Apple cider vinegar (5%) –
1 tbsp (8 g)
Sunflower oil –
1 tbsp (8 g)
Salt –
1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
Baking soda –
1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
Mini blini with lumpfish caviar

For the blini

1/4 tsp (1.5 g)

1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
Instructions
Using the blini ingredients, prepare
mini blini
(without sugar). Let them cool completely.
Wash the dill and gently pat it dry.
Once the blini have cooled, spread a layer of cream cheese on each. Top with lumpfish caviar.
Garnish the plate with sprigs of dill and serve.
Enjoy your meal!
