Dill mustard sauce

Ingredients (for 60 g of sauce):

  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp (24 g)
  • Dijon mustard – 2 tsp (20 g)
  • Fresh dill – 2 tbsp (4 g)
  • Honey – 1 tsp (10 g)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp (5 g)
  • White wine vinegar – 1/2 tsp (2.5 g)
  • Salt – to taste
  • White pepper – to taste (optional)

Dill mustard sauce

Ingredients (for 60 g of sauce):

  • Sunflower oil – 3 tbsp (24 g)
  • Dijon mustard – 2 tsp (20 g)
  • Fresh dill – 2 tbsp (4 g)
  • Honey – 1 tsp (10 g)
  • Sugar – 1 tsp (5 g)
  • White wine vinegar – 1/2 tsp (2.5 g)
  • Salt – to taste
  • White pepper – to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Wash, dry, and finely chop the dill.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, sugar, and vinegar. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Slowly drizzle in the sunflower oil while whisking continuously to form an emulsion. The mixture should gradually thicken.
  4. Stir in the chopped dill and season with salt and ground white pepper to taste.
  5. Let the sauce sit for at least 15 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
