Mini blini with salmon and avocado
Ingredients

Smoked salmon

Avocado (pitted and peeled)

Cream cheese

Lemon juice –
1 tbsp (8 g)
Salt –
to taste
Fresh dill –
for garnish
For the blini
Flour
–
100 g
Eggs –
1/2
Milk –
100 ml
Apple cider vinegar (5%) –
1 tbsp (8 g)
Sunflower oil –
1 tbsp (8 g)
Salt –
1/4 tsp (1.5 g)
Baking soda –
1/4 tsp (1.5 g)

Instructions
Using the blini ingredients, prepare
mini blini
(without sugar). Let them cool.
Wash and pat dry the dill.
In a blender cup, combine the avocado, cream cheese, salt, and lemon juice. Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Thinly slice the smoked salmon into small pieces, sized to fit the mini blini.
Once the blini have cooled, spread a layer of avocado cream on each. Top with a piece of salmon, and garnish with a sprig of dill.
