Strawberry pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Strawberries150 g
  • Flour100 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • White wine vinegar (6%) – 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Strawberry pancakes

Ingredients (2 servings)

  • Strawberries150 g
  • Flour100 g
  • Eggs – 1
  • Milk – 100 ml
  • White wine vinegar (6%) – 1 tbsp
  • Sunflower oil – 1 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1/4 tsp
  • Baking soda – 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and milk and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, wash and dice the strawberries.
  3. After 10 minutes, add the sifted flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, egg, and oil to the bowl with milk. Mix until smooth.
  4. Gently fold the strawberries into the batter.
  5. Heat a small amount of oil in a skillet and spread it over the surface.
  6. Spoon the batter into the skillet and cook the pancakes over medium-low heat. When bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, flip it and cook until golden brown (about 40-60 seconds).
